• Diploma in Training and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Certificate II and III in Business Administration
• Excess of 8 years experience working in the Employment, Education and Training Industry

Nicole joined the CAL team in May 2009 as the College Manager. Nicole's career goal is to further develop her professional skills in the Learning and Development, and Workplace Wellness area.

Nicole's passion is working with people from all walks of life, assisting them to meet their full potential through various workplace, training, academic, health and wellness structured programs.
