Workplace Trainer

This program is a practiacally refined partial completion (six units) of the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Qualification and has been designed to develop and further enhance the learning environment skills of those working in any industry where training and assessment forms part of the participants' key responsibilities. This qualification has a focus on training design and preparation, creating a learning culture and validating the learning and assessment process to ensure competency standards are consistent.
