EEO Supervisors and Managers

Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) for Supervisors and Managers is a new course run through CAL and delivered by Scope Vision.

Under the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, workplaces are required to ensure that all complaints of inappropriate behaviour/conduct are handled appropriately. This workshop has been designed to explore acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace and focuses on a variety of scenarios that are likely to require management within a workplace.

This course goes beyond the information included in Autostart for all Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) employees and is particularly suited to Managers/Supervisors who are likely to be the first point of contact when these issues arise.

If you are a Manager or Supervisor who has not refreshed themselves on the requirements, processes and legal requirements surrounding EEO in the workplace then this is an opportunity you must not miss!
