To register for training please be sure to follow the correct process prior to submission:
- Discuss the course with your Manager/Supervisor and seek approval to attend.
- Complete all areas of the below application form and submit for confirmation.
Please Note: Participants must give 15 days notice in writing to training@cal.net.au if unable to attend the course they applied for. If notice is not received the full cost will be charged to the employer.
